I called my selling dealership (BigDaddyRV) and waited from 10/18/15 until 12-01-15 for an answer to a simple question about a window screen in my new
RV. It was delivered to me missing a screen. When they told me there was no screen that comes with that window I knew they were lying. I called WannaRV
and within minutes I had my answer. What a pleasure doing business with Kerry the service manager. Night and day difference and I didn't even buy my RV
from Wanna RV. I will next time - that is for sure.
Evaluation of Service Performed:
I needed a screen for my dining area 3 X 3 Window. Big Daddy RV said there was no screen for that window - total lie. Kerry confirmed there was a screen
