We had had a repair of our passenger side window due to a fogged broken seal in the double pane done in MI. The job was poorly done. When we needed
the windshield replaced we decided to go elsewhere. Looking on the internet and hearing about "get it done in Elkhart" I started a search. Read the reviews and choose Duncan Systems. From the start Cathy was a great help. When I asked about a campground close by I was told to just plug-in down there and stay the night. "WHAT" Do companies really do this? Yes, Duncan does. The next morning they took the rig, removed the old window, and replaced our windshield. You would have never know they had been inside the rig except that the windshield no longer was cracked. The other work I had had done in MI was not good and they fixed as much of it as they could without charging me. I am amazed by this place and will get window and awning work done nowhere else! Thank you Jim M for such a great experience. This place has a HUGE selection of motorhome windshields even for older rigs. They do excellent work! You cannot pick a better place. |
