The coach entry door latch/lock mechanism broke, making it impossible to open thew door from outside. One person had to remain inside at all times. Ted
had part shipped overnight and installed it as soon as it arrived. He was quite busy, but squeezed us in so we could resume our travels. Before ordering the
part from the factory, he researched all local sources and determined that it was not available locally.
Evaluation of Service Performed:
The work was done professionally and with all possible speed. We appreciated the priority service.
