They have a huge selection of hard-to-find parts in an old barn-like warehouse. They had a spring cartridge for my Dometic 111 in stock and I attempted
to replace it in their parking lot to no avail. It was cracked and I decided to replace the decade-old toilet with a new one. Julie (their woman Friday) disappeared behind a huge tarp and came out covered in dust carrying a brand new model 2011, covered in dust, as well. I couldn't believe it!! No one in the state had anything comparable in stock and even the other guy working there did not know that they had it. I spent the next hour with YouTube wrangling the toilet job and Julie was thoughtful enough to offer me lunch from McD's...how nice is that? This place is out in the middle of NO WHERE but well worth the drive. This could have ended up being a "special order four-day hole in the floor disaster", but thanks to Julie, I had the crappy problem (lol) completely fixed by 2pm on a Saturday due to Julie's thoughtfulness and ingenuity. I now have a favorite go-to place in the Midwest. Way to go, Julie!! |
