Replace mangled awning braces. Slow to light (propane) refrigerator.   Evaluation of Service Performed:   Top-notch. They contacted me about a week after drop-off to update on repairs. The "long pole in the tent" was waiting on replacement awning hardware. Work was done quickly and of high quality. He showed us a few things we didn't know and made sure everything was in running order.   Evaluation of Service Performed:   Don was wonderful - he was professional from our first call. He checked on our arrival, gave better directions than the GPS, and guided us in from the street. Don was matter of fact - diagnosed our problem, troubleshot to be sure and FIXED the problem. The cost was reasonable and well worth it! It was a pleasant experience to work with someone who knows what they are doing! He had all the parts necessary to complete the work. Labor was very reasonable and it took less time than he quoted or I expected. The shop's staff was very friendly and helpful with answers. His shop location has easy access and is located near the center of Portland. We then returned 1 year later for yearly Aqua Hot service while again in Tennessee in February 2015. Will return again in 2016.   Evaluation of Service Performed:   First emergency service was for repair from previous dealer. This shop got us in right away and performed the re-repairs properly. The second year they got us in on our appointed date and time and serviced immediately. Performed the service professionally.
