Our number 2 air conditioner would not run and we suspected it was freezing up. We called at 7:00 a.m. the phone was
answered and the appointment set. Technician showed up on time and after assessing the problem reset our thermostat and moved the temperature probe that was not in the proper place. he said if that very well may fix it if not he would return immediately. |

We were very happy with the service. He spent extra time giving us some tips on keeping the MH cool in warmer weather
which we very much appreciated. He also charged us a very fair rate. |

There are not enough good things to say about RV Medic. My wife and I were traveling through the area in late March.
Our thermostat stopped working which meant not heat and no air conditioning -- two critical things in the desert. Gideon went through everything in the book to find a very small electrical short. Along the way he also took care of anything else not quite right. He is knowledgeable, certified, registered with the support groups for RV components and very reasonable. His customer approach is gentle yet thorough. He came back to our RV four days in a row. To top it off, he connected us with a mechanic that is taking care of an issue in the engine/chassis and helping to get our extended warranty claim made. I highly recommend RV Medic. |
