Class A - Gasoline
Collision Repair. Mostly fibreglass damage to front cap. Some metal damage and replace transmission cooler .
Evaluation of Service Performed:
Owner Benny Leonard misrepresented work tp be done on the original estimate. When work was completed after 5 months final wording of bill was
adjusted to represent work actually done but price was higher than originally estimated while actual work and materials were considerably less. Original
estimate included replacing all radiators including A/C only transmission cooler was replaced. Cap was supposed to be a reverse mould replacement, still
don't know what that Is, cap was patched and re-fibreglassed. Windshield was replaced and cracked within a week. Mr Leonard suggested I put in a new
insurance claim and refused to replace it. Windshield wiper stopped working and scratched the glass by going beyond limit. Hood mounting screws were
stripped and slid down. Hood now has cracking on top. Insurance company paid repair shop for tire that I had paid for and now 3 months after completion
I have not received reimbursement as promised from the repair shop and no replies to phone inquiries.
