It was just a kink that I couldn't see. The nice part
was that they could have robbed me, but instead were honest and only charged $60 for time actually spent. |

Assessment of damages to RV after being stolen and
recovered by fire department for propane leak. Authorized to repair all damages to RV to full working condition. |

A list of items that we found to be of question:
1. McColloch�s RV billed 3 hours for cleaning the interior ($360.00). This was not done. There were leaves, cobwebs and other dirt on floors and on the windows. 2. The bathroom lights do not work. The bathroom was not inspected for damages and repairs. 2. The cabinet below the dining area was not fixed; the door cannot remain close due to a broken hinge. 3. The exterior back panel is painted white not cream and does not match the body of the RV. Mc Colloch billed $840.00 for this work. 4. The paint scratch on the rear side of the RV is not repaired. Mc Collock billed $720.00 and $360.00 for this work. 5. The propane tank, generator, and electrical were not inspected and cleared for use. |

Excellent. Given estimate of 3 days, it only took 2 days. Given an estimate of $3,500-$4,000, it only cost $3,150. Very professional and nice people to
work with. Owner operated location with father, son, one other technician. |
