  Work Done on:   5th Wheel Trailer
  Service Performed:   I've fought with this company for 2 winters trying
to get warranty work done. At the beginning of this
winter, I took the unit in upon arrival to Yuma on
November 8th for them to see everything that needed
done. The things that weren't taken care of after
purchase last winter. I've been waiting 5 months
and they still haven't completed the warranty work
and are now telling me they didn't send for approval
of the last fix so now they can't do it because they
don't have time to get the approval and get it
scheduled. I have been lied to more times by this
business than in my entire life!! They love to sell
you the unit but have excuses when it comes time to
do warranty work. POOR BUSINESS!
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   What they did was okay it, just didn't do it all and
took 2 winters to get it done! POOR!

They have since followed through and
are completing the work. Their work
is good, just have to keep at them.
Will upgrade my opinion and give them
a good rating.

  Work Done on:   5th Wheel Trailer
  Service Performed:   Various repairs to new trailer.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Country Club Motors and RV. USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK. Set up trailer delivery date 3 months in advance – upon arrival, service work not
started. Stayed over – not all work complete – had to leave due to time constraints. Manager promises to send service and parts to us – NEVER HAPPENED.
Emails and phone messages not returned over period of 3 months. Finally Service manager promises action – NEVER HAPPENED. Contacted
Dynamax/Forest River with list of items for repair and for any assistance with Dealer – long drawn out struggle. Manufacturer refuses to repair some items
– DEALER had billed Dynamax /Forest River for items we found incomplete or repair had failed. Disgusted with dealership, and removed their decals and
found deep scratch in paint covered up with a COUNTRY CLUB MOTORS AND RV decal. While trying to contact COUNTRY CLUB MOTORS AND RV owner,
miraculously General Manager takes the call. Says he never received calls and promises immediate action, and keep us in the loop. Will have service come
to us and complete all repair items, NEVER HAPPENED. Discussed and found local service technician but due to slow action of dealer, repair guys work load
increases and he’s out. Contacted Dealer’s General Manager with available 2nd service tech. Service tech also contacts dealership. NO RETURNED CALLS.
Manager promises to contact the Service tech. and start repairs, NEVER HAPPENED.
