  Service Performed:   Repair of detached awning after awning separated from the coach while traveling.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Outstanding. Jim came out on a moments notice repaired the awning enough so I could safely get the RV home. He didn't charge
me an arm and a leg for the service and he was wonderful to work with. It is likely, even though he is at least an hour and a
half from my location, that I will take my RV to him to get a permanent repair done on this awning. I highly recommend him.

  Service Performed:   On 7/19/18, Jim Sarocka replaced a burned out A/C motor on our Fleetwood Prowler. Jim brought the correct motor with him and
replaced the refrigerator vent cover and 2 other vent covers I had purchased to put on. Worked quickly and did an excellent
job! As a result, I brought Jim back on 7/27 to replace the wind-damaged awning.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Replaced the awning fabric and damaged hardware within an hour and a half. Looks great! Dependable, hardworking, and I will
call again.

  Service Performed:   Replaced A&E awning, while removing the old awning he broke the cover on the front of the awning over the door and failed to
say anything, while connecting the wires he shorted out the fuse in the control box,replaced the fuse but now the power light
on the box is out and the wind speed of 12 no longer works
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Now the wind sensor no longer works and he said it's not his fault. It did work before he started, also the power light and
the 12 MPH light.

  Service Performed:   Removed damaged slideout topper and replaced it with a different type. Replaced the fabric on another topper. We were referred to Jim Sarocka by another
mobile service in town (Jim's Mobile RV & Trailer Repair) who said that they were booked up and that Jim Sarocka was the guy for awning work.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Jim is prompt, personable, and very skilled. His work was professional and quite reasonably priced. Everybody in the RV park we were in seemed to know
him. While he was working on our rig, two other folks came up to him to arrange to have other repairs done on theirs.
