My furnace would not stay lit. By that, I mean it would fire for maybe 5-10 seconds sputter and then go out and the fan will keep running. Then it would
fire again and maybe stay lit for as much as a minute then go out. The cycle would keep repeating without throwing any code leds. |

Rob solved the problem within half hour. He found wood chips in the blower causing intermittent combustion air. He cleaned those out and now is running
fine. He took the time to explain how it works. Speedy service and reasonable priced. |

Repaired oven, also washed and waxed our Jayco 5th wheel. The oven problem we have had since purchasing the unit back in 2008 when it heated up to
temp desired the burner would of course go out but it also blew out the pilot light so it wouldn't relight when the temp went down had to relight the pilot all the time. |

We called Rob who said he heard of this problem before and he would come and look at it and also check out the rv before washing and waxing. He gave
us a date and time he would come to do the job he called us before coming to make sure we were home. He said the pressure was set to high on the oven regulator he showed me with his pressure gauge and readjusted the pressure and tested the oven and worked it stayed lite finally. He then gave us a date and time to wash and wax and he again called us before coming and have to say did a fantastic job we are very happy with the looks and the repair of the jobs done by Rob. Would highly recommend him for any repairs. He does not do Generators but gave me the name of a very reputable service who does repairs on generators/ |

We purchased a new Dometic Brisk Air II a/c unit to replace our old Carrier unit. We had to have a new thermostat
installed to make it work. Also, we wanted to have it checked out by a professional installer to make sure we didn't have any wiring wrong. |

Rob came out the next morning and completed the installation, checked it all to ensure it was wired correctly and even
explained the thermostat operation to me. He did an excellent job! He's very thorough and knowledgeable. I now know who to call for any RV repairs! |

Rob replaced my slide out seals and converted my water heater from propane to electric. Rob was great. Explained things in a way that I understood., and I
don't ever understand this stuff. Rob knew exactly what he was doing and was VERY reasonable in price. Lowest service call I've ever paid, because he was running a special! Very knowledgeable, very good service, and I am a very happy customer! |

Rob was great! He answered the phone the first time I called and said he was on another job, and asked if he could call me back. Then not even 20 minutes
later he called back and spoke with me about my repairs. I told him I thought I needed a new A/C, and he said he wanted to look at it first, and not make any assumptions yet. He came out the next day and found that I just needed to replace my capacitor. I am very happy Rob didn't make me spend lots of money. He could have taken on the bigger job because I didn't know any better. Instead he saved me money and got my A/C working again! |
