Called 1 week in advance of arrival in Ocala area
and spoke with Scott who said to drop the coach
off in morning and he would work it in in between
other scheduled appointments.
The recall required VIN specific parts, which were
ordered mid-morning and arrived mid-afternoon
Parts were installed by 3:30 pm and I was on my
way by 4:00 pm.
Scott was very accommodating, worked hard to
make sure I was completely satisfied and even
helped me back out!

Rear turn signals were not working.
Evaluation of Service Performed:
Ocala Freightliner quickly and correctly diagnosed the issue, ordered the replacement part and had it the next day. The part was installed in less than 15
minutes and our turn signals now work properly. The repair (parts and labor) was covered under warranty. We are very pleased with the services of Ocala
