Replaced our A/C due to it not cycling properly.Jeremy claimed it
leaked freon. He was paid by our extended warranty and we paid the
balance. The new A/C still didn't cycle properly and now leaked water.
He made two attempts to correct it but then would not answer our
calls. We had his installation and misdiagnosis corrected by another
company. We took the A/C he condemned to one of the manufactures
service centers and they tested it and found it to work properly.

Diagnosed the problem with my two-year old Splendide Washing Machine. Said it was the mother board. Guaranteed work would be completed by 22nd or
23rd. Called him many times before I got through to him, said it was delayed but would have us finished by the 28th or 29th as we were heading northward
on the 1st of April. It has now been ten days since I have heard from him. I have tried calling him at least twenty times as we are scheduled to pull out in two
days. He will not answer phone or return my calls. I now have to get another service company to take care of my issue and will be delayed from leaving the
area for a couple of weeks. I would not recommend this company for any reason! A terrible way to do business, for sure.

Repair malfunctioning water heater. When I had tried to operate hot water heater on propane, it would not light. I checked and found a wire I felt was the
problem but did not know how to check. Manatee RV Jeromy Harrell called and he told me when he would be there. He came on time as promise. Checked
item I had found and found that to be the problem. While there they took the time to properly clean the propane side. He did not have the part on truck to
fix but straight wire it in and said he would be back next day with the part. He came next morning as promised and put the part on. They took time to
show me how to check if this happened again and how to repair it myself. Well satisfied with the service and price. I would not hesitate to use them again
if needed.
