Stays in place now! Rethread main awning in holding groove! New strap on bedroom awning!   Evaluation of Service Performed:   Really fast service! They did a fine job and are real friendly! And we really like their dog! He said he fixed it, after about $400 dollars it still won�t work. He didn�t show me at the garage, he said it works but it doesn�t. About a week later, and try to start the furnace and it doesn�t work. I called him and he got mad. I had to open the panel to reset it, and I noticed he put in the wrong board in.   Evaluation of Service Performed:   Didn�t fix the furnace, he got mad when I called him. He said I torn it by opening the panel reset the furnace. He is a poor excuse for a business that should be nice. While there, Mike inspected the roof and suggested he clean, recaulk, and coat the roof of our 8 year old trailer. All work was done in a professional manner. Mike replaced toilet seal, repaired TV antenna, added a easy entry door handle and did minor maintenance.   Evaluation of Service Performed:   We were pleased with his work. Very good communication before the appointment. Came to my location and was on time. Not only did Mike thoroughly inspect the issues. He showed me how and why things operated. Also made a couple of recommendations and suggested I could do them myself instead of him charging me to do it. I highly recommend him. They finished installing a complete back wall for me. They used more sturdy material than it had when new, and at about half the cost the Dealer wanted to do the work. Turns out the space was even smaller than I had thought. Mike did a great job at building a little addition to the slide out to make it fit. And it looks great. His work has always been outstanding and not once have I been unhappy with the quality. Mike and Ron went over the motorhome top to bottom and pointed out major and minor issues in the order of Importance. Made repairs requested and performed "Above and Beyond" returned on a follow-up to complete additional work as requested. Workmanship was superior. We were left with the opinion that there wasn't anything too much for them to handle. Have used them on multiple occasions with the same results. Will continue to use Mike for any future issues that may come up. He went above and beyond and did a thorough inspection. he found a couple of small things that would have turned into bigger issues if they were not taken care of.
