When pulling out of RV park, trailer emergency brake accidentally engaged when safety wire hung up on hitch during turn resulting in pulling the pin.
Reinstalled emergency brake pin, checked fuses but couldn't get signal to trailer brakes. Called and then made it to Texas Country RV where we were treated very courteously and caring by all. Joe had the problem corrected in no time and we were back on the road on our way home with just a small delay. |

oOn this date the washer, TV, electrical issue, and other miscellaneous items were repaired. But in the past years we have had the roof replaced twice due to
damage, various items of body work & painting due to blow outs & road hazards. We had an awning replaced. |

We have been using TX Country RV Repair Service since 2012,on numerous occasions. Joe Ruff and his employees are all friendly, professional,and
experienced. We have never left disappointed. The 6 hour round trip is well worth it to get excellent service. |

I can't say enough good things about Joe Ruff and staff. Took our 5th Wheel in at 9:30 AM and was out by 5 PM. Some of that time waiting for parts. Hartland
plumed the shower into the black tank. Go figure. Joe and John were on it as soon as we pulled in. Had it figured out in no time. Ordered parts, fixed a few other things that were wrong. I am telling you that I will go back for service again and again. Thank you Joe, John, and Jodie or all you did. Super folks. |

Response time was excellent. Contacted Joe, owner, late in the afternoon. A tech, Billy, was at our campsite the next morning. Billy was extremely
professional and knowledgeable. He troubleshot our electrical problem quickly and communicated with myself and Joe to come up with the best solution. A new inverter was located in San Antonio and installed by the end of the day. They even found and repaired a propane leak on my refrigerator, no charge. These guys go above and beyond to make their customer happy. I'm not from the Canyon Lake area but these guys will be my "go to" company when repairs are needed. Their prices are also very fair. |

After 25 plus years and several RV's my wife Kathy and I have had our share of experiences with RV problems as well as repair services, I can honestly say
that we were very fortunate when we found Joe Ruff, whether the problem is major or minor, Joe and crew make repairs in a very professional and timely manner. |
