5th Wheel Trailer
I had damage on the roof that I caused. I had purchased the 5-wheel from them and live in the area. I called them and they wanted to do the work, which
was schedule to take about a month ordering parts. It took 4 months and every time I call they had another excuse. I showed up after a month and they
hadn't even looked at it but said they get right on it. 6 week later my wife call and they said it would be done in a week. A month later I called and they said
it was done except for one part they were waiting on. I had the part and told them that in the beginning. The camper had decals on the side that Bretz had
replace 5 months after I bought it and the lasted less than a year. So I asked them to look into replacing them. Ryan, in service who had lied to my 4 times
said he had not checked on that. By not it is October and I said I just coming to get it. He said not give me a chance to see about replacing them. I said not
because it is winter and it need winterized. He said they will do it and that way if they fix the decals I won’t have to come and get it then have to turn
around and bring it back. He said I will winterize it and I said you will tell me that and not do it. Ryan said I will have it done right now and get back to me.
A month passed and I called again. He said he could replace the decals because they were no longer available. I said I would come and get it he said wait
until the next Saturday and he would be there. I showed up the next Saturday, now we are in November. Ryan wasn't there, they couldn't find my camper
and I had to find it or be there all day. It was dirty inside from the work, foot prints all over the roof and had never been winterized. If it froze I will sue
them and sue Ryan personally. I highly recommend do not have them work on your RV. Do not deal with Ryan in service, there is reason the BBB does not
recommend them. They cleaned my RV and winterized it that same day I picked it up to amend but it was too late. I talked to Tyrell Crowell that day and he
arranged the cleanup and winterization but I never heard from them since. They weaseled more money out of my insurance and I tried to stop that but
couldn't. I don't know if they are all dishonest but feel free to email me because this is just a brief description of what all that happened and would take too
long to type it all out.
Evaluation of Service Performed:
Poor, the most dishonest service department. I can't fandom any service department worse and still in business.
