Excellent. Found out about Patrick from a fellow RVer at the park who had excellent things to say about him. He showed up when he said he would, quickly
diagnosed the problem, and said he would call us when he got the part. I've heard that before and was skeptical. He called the next morning, said he had the part and could be at our rig in an hour!! Which he was! Less than a half hour after that, he had installed the new awning motor. The charge was what he had told me it would be. Would love to have someone like him around every time I have a problem. |

A/C unit was freezing up constantly. Called Patrick and he came out the next day, diagnosed the problem and came back with the part to fix the problem. He
also taped up some air leaks that the manufacturer left that was affecting the cooling. Knowledgable, friendly, arrived when he scheduled, reasonably priced service. Will use again. |

This is the second time I have had Patrick work on my motorhome. The first was earlier this week when I lost all 110 power, the inverter/charger was the
problem, have a new one on order and Patrick will be back to install it the first of the week. Then a water leak at the city fill site, turned out to be a dirverter valve gave out, again a new one on order and install first of the week. |

Everything is working fine now, he took time to explain what was broken and had good advice on whether they were worth fixing. Also repaired and checked
a couple of small things, at no charge. Instructed on continued maintenance and of additives we would need on the generator. He was prompt, and worked the first day in a pouring rain. I was very impressed with his knowledge. He was the shop manager of a NRS, before going out on his own. Lucky to find him! |
