  Date of Service:   10/23/2014
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   I had a disc brake drag and overheat while driving through Stockton. I drove to Delta Truck to find the problem. The tech said that the rotor was warped and
that the front wheel seals were leaking. I told him that I had the wheel seals replaced just before this trip - less than 500 miles ago. He assured me they were
leaking. As far as the brake problem, he would have to tear everything apart. It was suggested that we find a hotel room. I decided to pay the $190
diagnostic fee and left. I took the coach back to my regular shop and the seals were NOT leaking, the rotor was NOT warped, and the brake problem was
resolved by replacing the automatic slack adjuster - a $90 part and 30 minutes labor.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   The two mechanics that worked on my coach are either totally incompetent or very dishonest. Whichever it is, I would avoid this place. My feeling is that they
think they can BS RV'ers and charge them for unnecessary work.

  Date of Service:   10/17/2013
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   Our fan belt partially broke and destroyed the fan clutch wiring harness. The service manager told me that he wanted to pull my rear radiator on my Phaeton
to get to the fan belt! I told him about the access hatch in the rear bathroom and he looked at me like he had never heard of such a thing. I called the
Freightliner hotline and told them about this, and the Freightliner people immediately called Delta Truck Center and straightened them out about how to
access the engine and change the fan belt and wiring harness. Eight days later... they finally fixed the problem and I was on my way.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   They don't know how to deal with motorhomes. They took way too long to fix our problem. I don't have confidence that they would have done this correctly
if it wasn't for the Freightliner people.
