To replace rubber hinge on side door. Scraped the paint - down to the metal. When I asked the Manager what now? he walked away. I finally had to go to an
external shop for painting ($1100.00). I finally had to take them to court, where I won. |

The mechanic didn't know what he was doing and should have looked the instructions on the manufactures web site. He used WD40 to lubricate the rubber
instead of soap and water. |

Discovered a propane leak with our brand new tank while en route to Alaska. The service manager immediately took our Westy into the shop, discovered the
problem (a loose connection), and charged us nothing. Everyone at this business was nothing but friendly and helpful! |
