Date of Service:
7/31/2014

Company Contact:
Mark Epperson,service manager

Work Done on:
5th Wheel Trailer

Service Performed:
Went in to have the wheel bearings repacked. On checking they said brake assemblies needed replacing and drums were scored, unable to turn drums,
stated new brake drums were needed. Brake assemblies were installed. They ordered 4 new brake drums, on arrival they were the wrong ones. To get
correct ones they said it would be a week. New brakes not adjusted as service manager assured us they would be. On arrival in Yankton, SD took unit
to a brake and tire shop, stated brake drums were okay and didn't need replacing or even turning. Incurred unnecessary expense to find this out.

Evaluation of Service Performed:
Biggest problem was there attempt to sell us unneeded brake drums.
