Called Miles who lives 1.5 miles away from my location to figure why one of my leveling jacks will not go up. He diagnosed the problem and said it was
the solenoid. I had to pay up front $237 for the part and a week later he installed the part and did not solve the problem. Miles said he had to leave to pick up his friend and be back later, which did not happen. I called HWH and told them what was the problem and said you need a new jack and they have remanufactured ones for $287. I called Miles and told him the jack is bad and want the old solenoid put in (10 minute job). He told me that he will make it right. After this work was done, he said he owes me a $77 credit out of the $237 I paid him and I told him that I disagreed and I should only be charged the $40 mobile service fee not $120 labor for guessing on the problem. As of 7/26, I have not received any of my money back. |
