I had an issue with an air leak in an air system dump valve.
Evaluation of Service Performed:
Job was well done. Very professional and courteous staff. The work was completed when promised and the wait time to get an appointment was
within one week. The problem was diagnosed at another shop but they could not do the repair because they did not have a motorhome lift. I dealt
with the Receptionist and the Service Manager at Kimbles (but can’t find his card/name right now). The service appointment was set up for the
following week and was told it would only take a day or two. Dropped the RV off on a Sunday (key drop), received a call from Service Manger on
Monday to verify work and get info about my extended service plan. Received call on Wednesday to inform me job was complete and ready for pick-
up. The estimate for the service and extras I asked for were within 5% of final charge.
