Our stairs were not retracting and we were planning several weeks of traveling to various places. When Ken arrived, I added several other items, plumbing
problem in bath tub, front air conditioner leaking water and electrical cord issue. The temperature that day was as hot as hades and he and his son
pleasantly took on these projects. In the process of determining the step problem Ken found our house batteries were on their last legs.

Evaluation of Service Performed:
Ken and his son worked extremely well together, were professional and pleasant. After determining the battery state, we asked Ken if he could replace the
batteries. He would, and knowing we were traveling on past Springfield, brought them out the next afternoon (another terribly hot day) and put them in. We
highly recommend Ken, and would make a trip to Springfield if we were within a day's travel time, to have Ken do work for us.
I am a full-timer traveling cross-country (California to Maine and back). The trip was being spoiled by a drainage problem in my shower for months
which a number of other mechanics either COULDN'T resolve or DIDN'T WANT TO tackle. I was losing hope.
I called Ken when my brake lights and turn signals failed. After he made that fix, he asked if I had any other problems and I told him about the
drainage problem. It took Ken all of FOUR minutes to resolve the problem (a $3.00 vent valve). After that, I had Ken fix every problem I could think of.
I've never been so happy to write a big (but not unreasonable) check to an RV mechanic.

Evaluation of Service Performed:
On my way back home, I'll make it a point to stop in Springfield, MO for Ken to look my coach over before I continue on to California.
