Work Done on:
Class A - Gasoline
I had just begun a full-time, cross-country trip and had an unknown problem that led to the fuse that controlled the A/C and refrigerator shorting out
every time the coach was in motion. Two other mechanics and $350 in charges failed to find the problem. By the time I called Prairie View, I had loads of
attitude regarding RV mechanics. Greg LISTENED to me and offered to take me in right away. Not only that, he told me that if he couldn't find the
problem, he wouldn't charge me a cent. It took two days and an extraordinary analysis, but God bless `em, they discovered the problem (a previous
shop had replaced the furnace motor and failed to insulate the wiring) and I have been on the road discovering America ever since.
Evaluation of Service Performed:
My advice to my fellow RVers is that there should be NO hesitation to take your unit to Prairie View RV.
