  Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
  Service Performed:   Was supposed to be installing a hot water release valve that was leaking. The part was ordered on Tuesday from Aqua-hot and arrived on Friday. He called
me, said that he would be at my location, Thor service center, Wakarusa, Indiana about 15 miles from Elkhart, in 20 minutes, to turn off the city water
supply and drain the water line, I said OK. When he arrived he told me that the wrong valve was sent and he would install a used valve to get me down the
road and get another service to order the valve again. When asked why he could not get the correct part he said that it would be Monday before he would
receive it. I called Aqua-hot, was told that they sent the wrong valve and that they were overnighting the correct part. Of course Darin said he was not
aware of that and he had personal plans for the weekend would not be available til Monday, but he would charge me $1.50 a mile (being 75 miles away)
totaling $112.50 to come Saturday and install the correct valve. The company he is representing (Aqua-hot) is trying to do the right thing and he is more
interested in his personal plans. Hope no one else is subjected to this treatment from this so-called factory authorized service specialist!!!!
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Had the part sent to me at the Thor service center and will get someone else to install the part that is an authorized service specialist for warranty reasons.

  Service Performed:   Service and repair of AquaHot.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Darin was very knowledgeable about the AquaHot system. He performed a thorough inspection and found all the problems. He was able to get parts
shipped overnight and make all the necessary repairs at a reasonable cost. Darin was a former Monaco employee before they closed their doors. I will
use him again if I'm in the area. He is a mobile tech and came out to the Elkhart County fairground.
