| Service Performed: | My DSI water heater would not start automatically. The tech said it was just dirty and cleaned the burner. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | They charged me just over $100. I asked to see what he did since their rate is $65/hr and I found it hard to believe it took him over an hour to clean dirt out of the burner. He said he wouldn't show me to insure his "job security". I won't be going back to Hawthorne. | ||

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | With all the work we have done on our old 1984 RV I've never had a problem. Hawthorne's was recommended to us by many people and the great work is well known around town | ||
