They came and took all info to repair A/c, black tank valve and a
few other things. I told them my warranty expires in 1 month and they assured me no problem, we�ll get it done. Well it never happened and they never returned. Now I will be out of pocket for repairs. |

Just a follow-up to my review above. Over the summer I noticed condensation water from the recently installed A/C running onto the roof instead of down
the drain line. Over 6 months after Happy Trails installed the unit I was back in the area and called them to check on the problem. They came to the campground I am at, fixed my drain problem and didn't charge me. I am a very satisfied customer and recommend them if you are ever in need of service near Ocala. |

Very happy with the mobile service and quality of work. Arrived on time, took 90 minutes to remove the non-working unit and
install the new one. Everything is working just fine almost 2 weeks later. Work was done very carefully and at a very good price. |
