  Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
  Service Performed:   Transmission fluid and filters, chassis lube, air cleaner element, and air system desiccant cartridge. Prior to work being done, the out the door quote "per
labor rate, work hours and parts per my vin number" was $1147.00 out the door, tax included. When I went to pick up the coach I noticed a sign out front
indicating an additional 3% if using credit or debit card. Well when I get the final bill it was over $1200 plus the 3%. A total bait and switch outfit. I will not
hire them ever again.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Missed a couple of grease fittings. Manager only said "sorry to lose your business. Save time and money, go elsewhere..

  Service Performed:   Repaired radiator hose. flushed coolant system, replaced coolant, pressure tested system.

All other RV dealers and service companies told us it would take 3-4 days before they could take us in....Empire told us to come in and they began work
immediately so that we could get back on the road again.
