  Service Performed:   Had an electrical problem in my RV, called several places and explained my problem and everyone told me they could not fix it on site. Found Good Time RV,
spoke to Rob and he said he would come look at it. After about 30-45 minutes of testing he found the problem, fixed it, and it has been working ever since.
He also fixed another problem I had that I had given up on finding someone to fix that didn't want to keep my RV for 3-4 weeks at their shop. This guy
knows his stuff!
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   FANTASTIC!! Obviously very knowledgeable of RV's and their components, extremely patient and precise in his repair. He didn't charge me by the hour like
some said they do and was very reasonable. Found my RV guy, just wish he wasn't so busy all the time.

  Service Performed:   Bedroom slide never closed properly since new and leaked. Three companies worked on it, warranty paid some but I paid the balance and was never fixed
properly. Called Good Time and got Rob out to look at it and he found the problem and fixed it, ONE TIME! Very knowledgeable and prompt. Wasn't the
cheapest but he fixed it right, one time. Found my new RV repair guy.

  Service Performed:   Had a problem with my slide, two places worked on it and charged me over $600 for it to still not work properly. Got Good Times number from the
manufacturer and Rob came out to my business, diagnosed it and ordered the parts. He fixed it right, one time!
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Extremely knowledgeable, very courteous and professional. I've found my RV guy from here on out. Read a previous post about a slide issue, find it difficult
to believe, but you can't please everyone all of the time.

  Service Performed:   My Aqua Hot was not working properly, called 5 places before Good Time with no help. Good Time must be very good because they were booked for 3 weeks
but worked me into the schedule. Robby came out, diagonosed it, and had it fixed in no time. He also was very helpful in answering other questions about
my RV.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   He knew all about the Aqua Hot, obviously was familiar with the system, and had it diagnosed quickly. I will most definitely use him again, very
knowledgeable and professional in his trade.

  Service Performed:   Bedroom slide needed adjusting and new seal. Robby adjusted and put new seal in. Told me the slide didn't have enough adjustment so the seal would have
to be sprayed with silicone frequently. The new seal was destroyed in less than 30 days. Wanted to charge me for a new seal. But never showed up again.
charged $650.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Robby didn't know what he was doing. Took coach to another shop and they adjusted slide, and installed seal I bought for 1/3 what Robby charged, in 30
minutes and charged me $60. No more problems. Good Time RV stole my $650.00.

  Service Performed:   I had a problem with my front air conditioner not cooling properly, the dealer said I needed a new one. I stopped Robby in the park and asked him to
look at it. He inspected it and said it wasn't sealed properly, fixed it and it has not quit since.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   He was very professional, knowledgeable and fair in his price. I have used him since and will not use anyone but Good Time RV. He and BJ are great
people to work with and keep you informed about your appointment and your service time.
