Unit not prepared, rip in slide
roof, they fixed that, rest of 21 item list they did not do. They lie and could care less! Seams to be norm in RV industry. |

Replaced subfloor in the front compartment, the
workmanship was awful, took 4 months to get work done, 5 service writers quit or got fired in the process. Bad communication, will not be going back. |

| Service Performed: | Repaired Winegard antenna connection inside of roof. | ||

Dropped RV off so they could get to it when they had time. Three hours later got a call that it was done. They had to remove the complete antenna
to untangle the cable to fix the connections. There was only one half-inch of cable showing. The center wire of the connector had completely disintegrated. |
