  Date of Service:   11/27/2018
  Work Done on:   Class C
  Service Performed:   Nothing
Evaluation of Service Performed:   They made appointment to fix our slide. Drove it 60 miles in a snow storm. Checked in and no problem. Told we could pick it up in 2 days. 2 days later
called and they hadn't even gotten any parts that were needed. When we picked it up we asked why we were not informed of this information before, they
just shrugged their shoulders. 3 claims now and none repaired. Don't buy anything there unless you can fix it yourself.

Work Done on:   5th Wheel Trailer
Service Performed:   Replaced refrigerator cooling unit, tightened bed slide-out motor mount, replaced screws in dinette slide-out slide strip, replaced screws in roof drip rail,
fastened floor of under-bed storage area in our Jayco Eagle.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   They were great! Got the work done quickly and completely - even found items we did not know were broken. They also did a great job of prepping the unit
when we bought it in 2013. Can't recommend them highly enough - and I have already recommended them to several people

Service Performed:   Warranty service, Forest River Solera.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   We purchased a brand new Solera RV from Buffalo RV (Division of RV One Superstores, Inc., Albany, NY) in Nov. 2012. The salesman told us to
expect a few minor repairs and adjustments that might be needed after the first camping trip, and so we made an appointment for June 19, 2013
(7 month notice).

One week prior to that date, I called the service department and reconfirmed that date. We brought the unit in on the 19th, along with a list of
about 10 items that needed to be fixed including an electric step that was stuck in the extended position and made driving the unit unsafe.
What followed were two month of phone hell trying to get anybody to inform us about the status of the repairs. Part of the problem was that it
was next to impossible to talk to anyone at the store. We left numerous messages, and most of the time they were ignored. Only after we
threatened legal action did we receive some recognition of the problem, which apparently was overbooking and understaffing of the service
department, and problems receiving parts.

We finally got the unit back on Aug. 19. We did voice our disappointment to the store manager, Mike Watkins, and asked him for some sort of
recognition that we essentially lost our entire summer camping season. He promised us to investigate and get back to us. In typical Buffalo RV
fashion, we never heard from him again!

Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   Purchased used MH coach with condition that all mechanics were in order. Couple of months later they dropped it off at my home. Most of the work
performed was sloppy by my standards (about what you expect from a marina etc) but other than a few water leaks, it all worked. Or so I thought. Had two
major surgeries so it sat for a year and a half while I recovered and worked on it a bit. Took it on the first trip last week, all went OK except the new, dual
fuel, hot water heater does not work in electric mode. I did some searching on the internet and found the schematic for my new Atwood 10 gallon water
heater, it comes with a new dual-mode switch and won't work with the single switches in my coach. They installed it incorrectly, possibly damaged the
control module, not certain at this point. Will call them Monday 10/26 to see what, if anything, they will do. Additionally, the coach was delivered with the
windshield popped out of its gasket. I paid a glass company to repair that.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Learn to do it yourself.
