  Date of Service:   10/15/2015
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   Stopped by to get a quote to replace the rubber roof. Was told it would take a couple of week, but couldn't get too it for 3 weeks. Made an appointment four
weeks. Delivered the coach the morning of the appointment. The job was completed 6 weeks later. I made several phone calls after the first two weeks, I was
made to feel like I was imposing on them when I called.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   The technician who did the work was very proud of his work. But I was disappointed to learn that this was the first roof he had replaced. Once home and
closely inspected, I think overall he did a good job. I see a few wrinkles, but think with sun and temperature they may disappear. I am impressed with the
new deck. At the edges it looks better than the new factory seams.

  Date of Service:   5/15/2015
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   Replaced rear roof A/C, serviced the slides and replaced a slide seal and slide lock behind refrigerator.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Excellent work. I did have to schedule 3 weeks in advance but it worked out ok as we were traveling to Joplin, MO for a 3 week stay. When they were servicing
the slides another lock broke so we had to reschedule for another day. It was behind the front refrigerator, something I would have never guessed how
difficult it was to change. They had to remove the refrigerator to get to it. I don't recommend a front kitchen as it puts too much weight on the front axle.
Ordered several parts and they were prompt delivery also. Great RV park to stay right by the repair facility. Highly recommended for both.

  Date of Service:   10/1/2005
Work Done on:   5th Wheel Trailer
Service Performed:   Repair / replacement of awning; Replaced refrigerator; Replaced Fantastic Fan with MaxAir Fan, plus a few minor repairs to window trim and slide-out.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   For the amount of work done, we felt they did an excellent and efficient job. The cost were very reasonable - less than book price - for the new replacement parts. We were very happy with they work and will return again.

Work Done on:   5th Wheel Trailer
Service Performed:   Replace leaking storage doors, paint lower half of trailer, repair mis-fitting entry door
Evaluation of Service Performed:   My on going attempt to get Coachlight RV to acknowledge their poor workmanship on my trailer resulted in this letter from them.

"I received your comments with the returned gift certificate and have removed your name from our mailing list. I am sorry you were unhappy with our service department and I hope Newmar will be able to complete your repairs to your satisfaction

I guess I have been dismissed.

I think this says a lot about Coachlights commitment to customer satisfaction.

Work Done on:   5th Wheel Trailer
Service Performed:   Leaking storage doors-Misaligned entry door-Paint
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Coachlight does not have an area to paint. They were doing body work 5 feet from the area in which they attempted to paint my trailer. They painted it four times. The storage doors still leak after two months effort. Their workmanship was generally poor. They bent the entry door while trying to align it and tried to hide it. Things can go wrong in service work but most disturbing was their lack of interest. From the salesman to the owner. I now will have to return the trailer to the factory to repair the damage they have done.

  Date of Service:   3/1/2002
Work Done on:   5th Wheel Trailer
Service Performed:   reseal rubber roof, replace canopy.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   The mechanic took from 09:am until 5:pm to reseal around our roof. I later re-did the job myself since the 'self leveling' compound he used was thinned so much that I could see through it. (took 2.5 hours including lunch and couple of conversations)and on the next time I washed the roof, the water from the hose removed most of the re-seal material. Also, when I called to set up an appointment to get a new canopy, I gave them the dimensions (measured it while they were on the phone) but when I went to pick up the trailer the canopy was 2 ft too short, the tube was bent and had been swapped end for end so that the drilled hole for parking the center strut was out of place and they had also traded the end of the tube that has the break for another that was worn so bad that it wouldn't hold. (The tube was new the year before having been warranted account of a warp and I'd only used the canopy twice)

When I complained, the service manager said that he had put on the canopy that I'd ordered. What was really surprising to me was how nasty he and the owner of the establishment was about the whole incident, though they said they would sell me another canopy. I finally did convince them that they had put the wrong break on so they replaced it but I could not the "mechanic" just as he was about to drill another hole in the tube and told him I wanted the tube swapped back not re drilled, I could have re-drilled it. I got a bad look and some words but they did swap the tube back.

I bought my trailer there and consider the salesman that we dealt with one of the best.
