  Date of Service:   7/16/2019
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   Install Quadra Bigfoot Levelers after removal of Atwood
Levelegs
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Novice technicians that don't know what fasteners to use, how
to make good electric contacts, destroy new systems due to
poor understanding, how to run wires or clean up metal and
shavings from electronics areas. Parts manager with no
customer skills. "Service" required warranty repair due to
destroyed control panel plus return visit to correct obvious
unprofessional, untrained technician mistakes and general
sloppy work standards. Never again.

Work Done on:   5th Wheel Trailer
Service Performed:   Too many issues to mention on a new 2015 Forest River Rockwood. Never purchase this unit.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   The service department is the worst. Ramey our new product service adviser is the most rude and unprofessional in any business we have seen. Our unit
was never done on time and we have had to continually change plans and travel dates. Do not ever purchase a unit from RnR if that is where you plan on
having it services. Worst service department ever. We purchased a new Forest River Rockwood 5th wheel in July 2015 it is now August 2016 and our unit
has been in the dealer warranty shop for 6 of the past 13 months. While some loose screws, some rattling and loose things are to be expected with an RV,
this unit appears to have many problems that when all combined make it not a pleasure to own and our vacations more stressful than relaxing. In the shop
again and not fixed as promised when we had the appointment for over 2 months. I would give the service department a minus star if there were an option
for that.

  Date of Service:   7/12/2013
  Company Contact:   Dennis Garrett
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   Diesel fuel leak in return line for generator.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   The tech at RNR RV in Liberty Lake, WA did a great job. He found a small leak in the return line. He thought the break might have been due to
vibration of the hose while the generator is running. He was also able to get all of the diesel soaked sound insulation material out from
underneath the engine without a lot of trouble. Another thing that I greatly appreciated about the tech is that he kept me informed of his
progress and gave us some tips on using the generator and inverter. Total bill was about $450.

RNR RV is an interesting place. It is a huge facility and they are very busy, at least this time of year. I heard them making appointments for 10
days from now. Overall, it appears to be well run. The tech was very experienced (over 25 years in RV work) and the service writer (Dennis) was
very easy to work with. One minor irritation is that it almost impossible to talk to someone in service since the service writers are often on the
phone and the person answering can do little other than give you voice mail. However, Dennis did call me promptly after my initial call to make
the appointment. Even while getting the work done the service writers are behind a door manned by a receptionist. You don't go through that
door without being invited. Overall though, the service experience was good and they got the work done in a timely manner. We are currently
staying in their guest lot (full hookups for 10 units). It is first come/first served and reservations cannot be made.

  Date of Service:   5/30/2013
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   Needed to replace HydroHot motor due to flat spot and stopping. Called 5/17 to inquire if this shop had the part and could do the work. Informed that
had 3 units in parts department. Made appointment on 5/20 for 5/30, then confirmed that still had 3 units in parts department. Arrived for appointment
and service writer wanted to know if we would be leaving the coach. As this was a known 1 hour job and we are full-time, we said that we needed to
stay. Had prearranged with extended warranty company for this work.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   1. Part was replaced and worked fine. 2. They also replaced 2 other parts that DID NOT need to be replaced without asking. 3. They did not contact our
warranty company for 5 hours so we had to wait a total of 7 hours before we called the company ourselves. 4. They charged for more time and materials
so we had to pay the difference, but we just wanted out of there. Will not return if they just take advantage of people, which we saw while we were there.

  Date of Service:   6/24/2010
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   I have an American Coach Allegiance with a full room slide out room on the driver's side. The locking mechanism failed to engage. I called American Coach Customer Service and was referred to R'nR. When I called in I was told no appointments were available for two weeks. After explaining the problem and our travel plans, Jason gave me an appointment for 10 AM on 6/24/2010. We drove to the shop from Coeur d'Alene and arrived about an hour early. The greeter didn't have me on his list of appointments, but he quickly contacted Jason, who confirmed my appointment. Jason took our coach into the shop at about 9:15 AM. We went to Cabela's and had lunch at a nearby restaurant, even though there is a restaurant on site at R'nR. We got back to R'nR about 1 PM and had our coach back at about 1:30.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   All the employees I came in contact with were friendly and professional in their conduct. The price for the service was reasonable. I tried the locking mechanism twice before leaving the lot.

  Date of Service:   11/5/2007
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   Aquahot system service. (Hydronic heating system)
Evaluation of Service Performed:   I called two weeks ahead, then the Friday before to confirm a Monday morning appointment. We drove three hours to their location the night before (Sunday) and stayed in their free campsite. The next morning we parked in a line with other RVs waiting for the gates to be opened. I walked into their service office about 2 minutes before the 8am appointment. They had never heard of me, there wasnt anything in their computer, nothing written down. They were now going to have to Fit us into the schedule. They also did not know if they would have the needed parts because they were not expecting us. We milled around in the waiting room, walked around the sales yard, walked around the local industrial neighborhood for the next seven hours. We also had two dogs, and no coach since it was in an area forbidden to customer access. Despite being November, it was a sunny day, so THAT helped. To their credit, they put three guys on the job and got it done. The Aquahot system has worked flawlessly since, but they need to work on their scheduling system, otherwise I would give them an excellent rating.

  Date of Service:   7/1/2005
Work Done on:   Class A - Gasoline
Service Performed:   Warranty Work on converter and water pressure. Installation of CD Player and shower stall handles.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Work was performed exactly as I expected. I explained to the service writeup people what I needed and then had a chance to explain to the Technician the same thing. The technician working on our Bounder did exactly what I wanted him to do and then some. He and the writeup people have always treated me with utmost respect and just like one of the family. We have been dealing with RnR for almost 10 years now and have never had a problem with them.

  Work Done on:   Travel Trailer
Service Performed:   Various items that needed to be repaired under warranty.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   I have taken our trailer here twice in the past year, to have warranty work done on it. Both times I have left this place wondering how they can even stay in business with the poor attitudes and rudeness every employee has. The last time I took the trailer here, I had made an appointment a month in advance, then called a week before it to confirm the date and time. When I arrived to drop the trailer off, I was told they didn't have my reservation and I would have to bring it back in a couple of months or in the spring of 2005. I told them that was not acceptable and after much arguing with the service manager they finally did take the trailer in. They called the next month to let me know it was ready for pickup. After getting the trailer home, I realized that they had not fixed anything, but listed them all as being repaired. I called the dealership, and the service manager told me that they didn't need my business and to find somewhere else to take my trailer. I contacted Fleetwood to let them know and they said they have received many complaints about this dealership/service center. I will never take my trailer back to this place or purchase an RV from them ever, and I have told all of my friends this same story. One of my friends has had trouble with them as well, and says he should have known something was up with this place by the way he was treated when he bought his new motorhome there. Everyone at R'n R RV has the attitude that you should be grateful that they are there to take your money and you shouldn't expect them to be nice about it at all or expect anything in return for your hard earned cash. That's OK though, because from now on I'll be taking my trailer and business to RV's Northwest in Spokane Washington. (See my review on them)
