Troubleshot an elusive and threatening leak
in the fresh water system. Even though we were transient, and they had a work backlog, they arranged for us to bring in the coach (on a Saturday) two days after we contacted them and got to work right away. |

Loose ground on inverter. CAVEAT: Yes, it's was simple remedy but I personally spend 3+ days going through everything I can think of and research. The
bottom line was that I was lacking the necessary experience and knowledge of a professional. Yes you pay for the labor but you are actually paying for his knowledge, experience, and ability to diagnose and repair the problem. |

Job well done! Definitely will return for other repairs if needed. Owners (Katie & Robert) were really extremely helpful and friendly. Robert has 20+ years
working on RVs and was able to diagnose my electrical problem and repair it immediately. It was no "you gotta replace this or you gotta replace that". He got out his multi-meter and started diagnosing the entire electrical system the old way. There are no short cuts in this. Old school knowledge. Without hesitation I would have Robert and his technician (Eric) work on my coach anytime. Great job guys! |
