Date of Service:
James McLaughlin, Service writer
Work Done on:
Class A - Gasoline
Replaced both main, rear air springs/bags.
Evaluation of Service Performed:
Cordial with 1st phone contact, set-up for service the following day. Service writer was up front with me and advised that their priority service went
to VanHool bus repair (US Distributor). My motorhome was in the shop by late afternoon and was ready by 10 AM the following morning. Excellent
work performed. This is a major shop operation for heavy-duty tour buses, they handle all chassis, body and paint work in-house. Multiple service
bays. My service invoice said 6 hours of labor invested which was reduced to 5 as courtesy to customer. No complaints from me.
