We lost the hoses in their lot but we had no shop appointment for this. They made room for us and all the work we had scheduled too! Most of the work
was left over from when we bought the coach from them a year earlier. They did all they promised and a lot more. Ty even cut the bill down because it was work they had promised before. All we paid for was the hydraulic hoses! These folks are like family! |

| Service Performed: | We went in for several maintenance items, one of which was to replace the broken water pump. | ||

The water pump failed within 3 weeks. It would begin pulsing and making the 12 volt lights blink. We had another water pump installed
elsewhere. The pump installed in Bend had a manufacturing date of 2001, and clearly was not new when installed. We returned to the shop June 2013 with the defective pump and receipt and talked to the owner. He accepted no responsibility, said that his techs "wouldn't have checked the manufacturing date" and would not make eye contact. He handed us off to someone in parts who told us "he could not refund our money." Eventually they did hand us a new water pump, which at this point we didn't need. We were not happy with the original service, nor the owner's response to the fact that his shop installed an 11-year-old pump in our RV. We will not be back. |
