Refrigerator was not working and Norcold was little help. They trouble shot problem and replaced circuits board quickly to get us back on the road in
Alaska. |

They were great! Coming of the road they treated me as a long-time customer. Helped me get warranty and fixed it quickly despite painful help from
Norcold! |

Warranty work was excellent. Problem was their recommendation of Specialty Truck and Auto for chassis work which Great Alaskan Holidays does
not do. Based upon GAH's performance and recommendation, did not check out Specialty Truck and Auto adequately, accepted their word that all available shock absorbers are exceptionally expensive without checking in advance and ended up paying an exorbitant amount. So would otherwise give Great Alaskan Holidays an excellent rating but after the ordeal resulting from their recommendation of Specialty Truck and Auto, must reduce their rating somewhat |
