Entry step didn't work. Needed to have the step problem evaluated and repaired if possible. Was only going to be in the
Kennewick/Pasco area for 4 days. |

Called Broadmoor to see if they had a mobile service. The service representative advised they did not but had a couple
recommendations. Called one of the recommended mobile services and they were able to fix the step issue. Broadmoor could have just responded that they did not have a mobile service and left it at that but they didn't. They had a working relationship with a couple of mobile services in the area and provided a reputable mobile service. Thanks for the referral. |

Scheduling and accomplishing 2 weeks of work (1 man week + 1 week contingency) actually took 6 weeks with an intervention by Fleetwood corporate to
ensure correct/timely parts ordering. Work done by outside contractors (paint, windshield, steering) was excellent. All work accomplished by Broadmoor had to be redone by another shop. |

| Service Performed: | Both Warranty and out of warranty work. From seals on slides, fresh water leak, leveling jacks, holding tank leak, slide problem, to dead converter. The biggest problem was the leveling jacks. They never gave up and finally found the problem and fixed them. They have completed repairs on time and on or below estimates. Always friendly and accommodating. Recommended dealer! | ||

| Service Performed: | Installation of tow bar, trailer brake system, EQ hitch, and several small options on the trailer. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Broadmoors was great! We had purchased the trailer there, and scheduled to pick it up the next weekend and have the truck wired for the trailer brake. After arriving at the dealership, they gave us a tour and offered us breakfast on them as it would be awhile until the truck and trailer were ready. It only took them about an hour and we were ready to go. When we bought the trailer here, none of the sales persons were pushy or tried to rush us. They were courteous and very friendly. They took their time with us and answered all of our questions pointing out what items we would need and which were a waste of money. They threw in a bunch of freebies and samples for us as well. I have had several other friends buy RV's from Broadmoor's and everyone has had the same great experience we had. I would highly recommend them. | ||
