Nik was supposed to complete the work on our trailer, but he won’t
answer our calls anymore. He scammed ICBC, and already got paid for the work, but he won’t come to finish off the job. |

Not a good job at all! He was very friendly when we first met him, but
later on when I ask him when he would be coming to finish the job, no answer! |

We bought a brand new Grand Design Solitude in Spring
2018. We asked the dealer to install some upgrades, mainly 300W of Solar, two 6 Volt batteries and a 2000 Watt inverter. When we received the Solitude we noticed quickly that, after disconnecting from shore power, we ran out of power in about 5 – 9 hours. Three times the dealership tried to fix the problem. After the third unsuccessful attempt, I decided I had enough and called Far Out RV On-Site Service to take a look. Nik, a red seal RV technician journeyman, called me back the next day and a few hours later he inspected our Solitude. Nik was very methodical, asked all the right questions and was very thorough in his investigation. Miraculously, one hour later the problem, which the dealership could not fix in days, was resolved. |

In my opinion, Nik from Far Out RV Service is very
knowledgeable and skilled. Furthermore Nik is super friendly and from the first minute on you know he cares! I recommend Far Out RV On-Site Service to anyone who has an RV problem in the Lower Mainland, BC, Canada. One thing is for sure, If I need help again I will be calling Nik (within a reasonable distance of course) |

I had a leak in my trailer and the furnace stopped working. I was told about a mobile RV service that comes to your site (which is great for me) The
young man was very very friendly and reasonable rates. He came out, found the leak and sealed it up and fixed my furnace. |
