After 1 month of owning this brand new camper, my
camper had to be returned because of moisture
getting inside the camper and ruining all the wood
inside. We returned it and they had it for 6
months. Since our floor has become soft and
apparently the slide out is leaking again and
Camping world has discovered there is structure
damage and rotted floors and a saggy ceiling. Spoke
with Primetime and they called back very fast to say
were sorry your out of your warranty and there is
nothing we can do to help. Really the damages are
more than the camper and that's the response we get.

Evaluation of Service Performed:
Said the only thing covered under the extended
warranty is the motor the slide out but not anything
else.

Bought a new 2013 Prime Time Lacrosse 319 used it only once and found that it had a leaking rear kitchen door after contacting Prime Time via
phone and talking to Roger he said I had lost my door seal and asked me to caulk the door myself, well I used a tube of caulk to seal every place I
could find and still no fix. I took it to the dealership and Prime Time replaced the door with a new one which leaked worse than the first did. After
the camper being at the dealership for 4 months Prime Time says the door can leak and that's its normal, yes they said it normal and no damage
will occur, I asked for this in writing and for a warranty that if water does damage the door they would replace it Roger said they could not do that.
Prime Time has also stopped replying to our emails, To me it shows they are after the fast buck and heck to all customers as they have already
got their money.

My dealership has done everything asked of them, But Prime Time will NOT fix this problem they say it normal for a door made by Lippert to leak
and that no damage will occur!
