  Service Performed:   Purchased and installed Roadmaster Towbar and towplate for 30' 2017 FR3 to 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport 4x4.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Parts took a week to be ordered and received at shop
Work was completed in a professional & workmanlike manner
Costs were reasonable
Service personnel (Bob Cook, Stef Merritt & Meg Sutera) were knowledgeable, courteous & helpful throughout the whole process.

  Service Performed:   Had a Blue Ox baseplate and wiring kit installed on my 2013 Honda CR-V at this location 8/21/14. The instructions confirmed it was a complicated
install and I was concerned about them following the instructions. From what I can see and tell, it looks like a first class job. They took longer than
expected as they had my vehicle for 2 days, but the end result is very good. Tested towing the vehicle with my MH this weekend, towed well and all
lights worked.

  Service Performed:   I had drop my camper off for a seal to be fixed in the storage compartment. Not only did they fix the wrong seal that cost almost $200 it came home
with another leak in the overhead and full of ants. I have call 3 time now in the last couple of months since it's been home. And Camping World will not
return my call. This is not the first time I have received bad service from them . The first time it was with a pop-up camper I had an air
conditioning put in. So if you go there for service on your unit as long as it go's well fine, but don't complain because you'll never hear back.

  Service Performed:   Bought new 2013 Thor Challenger. PDI for initial pickup. Well trained knowledgeable service tech Chris. Service writer Valerie was amazing with
scheduling the work for the punch list.

I also had work performed on a 2008 Damon Outlaw that I purchased from a dealer in RI. They were fantastic all around!
