We purchased a used Winnebago ERA and a number of issues were identified and repaired by the service department. The propane tank regulator was
replaced, the sink faucet was replaced, a bathroom door latch was replaced and the TV wiring was repaired. The entryway rubber step protector was also re-
glued.

Had a full wall slide stuck while we were in town for a few days. I
went in and talked to Troy, he fit us in his schedule and also fixed
our water heater. They even let us stay in their full hook up spots
while they worked on it. They fixed what had just been "fixed" by
a mobile guy in San Diego. Thanks Troy!

Service Performed:

Intermittent problem with HVAC (all heating and cooling units). At first,
units would fail to work during the evening hours, but then continued
to fail into the daylight hours. All units checked out, but
manufacturers had no experience in this type of failure. Sierra's
technician methodically isolated problem to a faulty wiring connector
between the units and the dual zone thermostat.
