5th Wheel Trailer
We brought our 5th wheel in for warranty service 2 times.
Evaluation of Service Performed:
We brought our 5th wheel in for warranty service. It was 6 weeks before they told us that it needs to go to the factory for the repairs. When we
purchased the unit the sales person and service department said if we bring it in on a Monday they would have it back to me by Friday. We made
numerous calls and e-mails to them asking on the status. This was the second time we asked them to do some repairs the first time was the same
thing. I have talked to people who live with in 30 miles of Quietwoods and they bought from Wisconsin RV 90 miles away because of service issues.
