Brakes installed on front and rear axles. Some parts
needed to be replaced. Some parts just needed cleaning. The front rotors were able to be machined. The rear rotors needed replacing. Wheel bearings cleaned and repacked. |

I live full time in my motorhome and there was no
problem with me hanging around the office while they worked. Very friendly, professional and customer oriented. Family owned and operated business. The technicians treat your coach with respect. It was very nice to find an honest business. |

I now live in LHC and have had my coach worked on by
Canyon Country several times. Turbo, fuel injectors, door lock keypad, air compressor, aqua hot service, oil pan gasket, dash a/c and more. Bud has always been willing to work with my warranty company and has gone to bat for me when they tried to reduce the pay out. |

Brakes Inspection and Repair. Generator Repair. All
six brakes and entire system inspected and repaired as needed. Generator will not run, getting too much fuel. |

Overall brake system repair was excellent. They
inspected and repaired the work that Paul Everett's of Laughlin Nevada did wrong. They found that PE had mixed auto adjusting parts with non auto adjusting parts, A big no no. Brakes on my 5th wheel finally work correctly. Generator: They replaced the fuel bowl which fixed issue temporarily. Found out that Onan Carbs are throw away carbs and can't be rebuilt. Don't let their messy shop scare you. They did excellent work! |

We found an excellent RV repair shop in Lake Havasu City, AZ. Canyon County Truck Auto and RV Service Center. Got immediate attention as transient.
Diagnosed problem with electric steps while two techs in another town couldn't. Fair, reasonable, courteous and competent. No personal interest - just want to pass on good experience. |

Company will build and replace your plastic Freightliner Fill Tank with an aluminium one. Installed on a 2002 Raised rail Chassis with 3126E CAT engine.
Cost was around $300 for the tank. |

We were in need of an annual service for our motorhome and had a leaking coolant hose. Because of the previous reviews and were going to be in the area
we scheduled it with Canyon Country RV. On the way from our previous spot we started to experience loss of power from the engine but made it. Bud stopped by our campsite did a code check and looked to see if he'd need to order parts prior to the appointment. Nothing showed for codes but, Bud made an impressive attempt to diagnose by his experience, contacting Cat Service and searching the internet. Turns out that this is a perplexing problem with other C9 owners. Bud replaced the IAS as it seems to be the #1 probable culprit. Hopefully, the fix will work but, if not I won't hesitate to bring it back to Canyon for the reasons I mentioned. |

The service was excellent from first contact. I called them and asked about repairing steps. They said to bring it in and they would have a look to
see what the problem was. When I took it in, the owner, Bud, came right out curbside and crawled under the unit to check the step. He diagnosed it as either a bad controller board or a wiring problem. He then made an appointment for me to bring it in. When I got there, my unit was taken in immediately while I waited and they looked at the step. They gave me a good used step, making sure that I knew it was used, and repaired the wiring issues from the previous repair shop. Everything was completed in a timely manner, all of the staff members were courteous and kept me informed of what was happening, and the price was right. I will definitely go back to them for any other work I might be requiring. |
