The staff is helpful and efficient. They regularly service my Mercedes chassis class C. They are a reputable local Freightliner dealer but Mercedes-
Benz does not authorize Freightliner dealers to do warranty work on the vehicle that is identical to the Sprinter 3500. When my warranty expires I will certainly have Patriot perform all chassis repairs. They are about a mile north of the I-90 exit 3 in Ma. |

Find High frequency vibration. Determined that the rear airbags were 3 inches too high causing
a severe pinion angle between the rear end and transmission, driveshaft. |

Adjusted ride height. Problem solved. Relieved it wasn't a transmission bearing issue. Good to
go and headed for the Keys in February. |
