I called George with the error code, he ordered the part and scheduled the site visit. Arrived on time, replaced the part quickly (it's a pain due to location
within nest of tightly assembled parts), cleaned up and presented a bill in accordance with expectations. |

| Service Performed: | Replace the dryer vent hose. We had our Splendide installed February 2011 in Forest City, IA. Have always had problems with the vent hose clogging up due to the way it was installed. Have had several other mobile RV servicemen work on it but no one really fixed it until George showed up. He replaced the 3" hose that badly attached to the vent with a 5" hose. Now the dryer works like it was built to do, wash and dry. We loved our Splendide before yesterday but really love it today. Thanks George, if we are ever in the Sacramento area and need work we will give you a call. | ||
