Our propane furnace stopped working while we were on a cross country trip, thousands of miles from home, just as
nighttime temperatures dropped below freezing. Courtesy RV Center quickly worked us into their very busy schedule, made room for us on their lot when we arrived, and began working on the problem within 30 minutes of our arrival. They diagnosed the issue with 30 minutes of labor, and their labor rate was reasonable from our perspective. We could not wait for the part to arrive, it was going to be
a couple of days, but they got it running for us on a temporary basis, wrote down the part number for us so
that we could call ahead and order it, and suggested an alternative that I was able to implement myself.
Evaluation of Service Performed:
Courtesy provided us with an excellent service experience. If this is how they treat all of their customers, it is no
surprise that they were busy.
