Date of Service:
Work Done on:
Class A - Diesel
Parking brake would not hold on my diesel motorhome. Took unit in for evaluation.
Evaluation of Service Performed:
At first, they though the brakes were just out of adjustment. However, upon analysis determined that the slack adjusters and clevises were very rusty. Unit had sat for about 2 years before we purchased it, even though it was only a 2007.
Recommended replacing front and rear air cans, slack adjusters and clevises. Total cost for all the work including parts was around $1200. Brakes work perfectly now. When reviewing my invoice, they charged me less for the parts than I could have bought them online myself. So, it was well worth having them do the work.
