He gave Mike, my husband, a bill for $822 and some change. Mike gave him a check and he immediately cashed it. I returned from Flagstaff and saw the bill. He charged us $225 to travel from Chino Valley to Ash Fork (maybe 40 minutes), $100 x 2 for labor, $250 for an awning motor that he had told us was given to him, and $110 for a valve in the hydraulic system. The awning motor didn't work! And the next day the hydraulic system was leaking AGAIN. So, I called and left several messages, he never returned the calls. I texted him repeatedly. No response. He knew that we needed to get these things fixed because we had someone coming to buy the RV. Well, we took a $3000 reduction in price, because of these issues. We're suing him in Small Claims Court for the money we paid him and our $3000 lost due to him.   Value of Service:   Poor   Quality of Service:   Poor       Date of Service:   3/21/2017   Work Done on:   5th Wheel Trailer Toy Hauler   Service Performed:   Multiple components: Electrical, AV, plumbing, HVAC; referred by local dealer for mobile work; You don't have to move your rig to get excellent, personable service!   Evaluation of Service Performed:   See above, prompt, on-time, patient explaining function of newer features   Value of Service:   Excellent   Quality of Service:   Excellent               Date of Service:   9/14/2016   Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel   Service Performed:   Inspected and worked on hydraulic leveler jacks and fixed the tip of exhaust pipe.   Evaluation of Service Performed:   Tim did excellent work and I am having him come back in a few days to install a few things, adjust the slide-out, install some engine gauges and perhaps install a back-up camera. He is very knowledgeable, he is fair (pricing), reliable and equally important he's a really nice guy. I would recommend him to anyone with an RV.   Value of Service:   Excellent   Quality of Service:   Excellent       Date of Service:   11/22/2013   Company Contact:   Tim Giese   Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel   Service Performed:   Emergency roof repair - rain pouring into kitchen from leak around skylight.   Evaluation of Service Performed:   Tim has always done a great job for us - He has repaired the coach several times - We called him last Friday morning as we woke up to pouring rain and discovered a huge leak in our roof on our Safari motor home. We didn't think that we could do anything except mop up water over the next four days based on the weather forecast for the area - Tim showed up unexpectedly a few hours after our call. He went up on the roof to create a temporary "patch" until the weather allowed a more permanent solution. We were happy with the results so we had him replace our leaking water heater. We were very satisfied with his work so we called him again when we returned to the park, Orchard Ranch RV Resort, Dewey, AZ, this summer. The park owners recommended Tim @ A-Z RV Repair and he came over right away. Had to order the part from Indiana which took awhile but his work is excellent and he is very reliable....actually shows up when he says he will and does good work. This year in April the refrigerator gave us more problems but had nothing to do with Tim's work.....it was an unrelated issue (RV is 13 yrs old) and I called Tim anyway to ask for information and he basically fixed it over the phone by telling me what to look for and I was able to purchase a new heating element and put it in myself......this is a great guy!   Evaluation of Service Performed:   Excellent   Value of Service:   Excellent   Quality of Service:   Excellent       Date of Service:   10/24/2011   Company Contact:   Tim Giese   Work Done on:   5th Wheel Trailer   Service Performed:   Big Foot Levelers froze up and water heater leaking. He quickly assessed the Big Foot problem as a battery issue. Our batteries were 4 years old and due to be replaced. Our water heater was 9 years old and used every day so ready for replacing.   Evaluation of Service Performed:   He arrived on time and attentive to keeping the work area clean.
