  Service Performed:   Had several items on my list The most complicated was
a charging issue and problem with the leveling jacks.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   I wasn't in a hurry so the time was no problem.
Picked up the vehicle and everything is working as
it should. I had met with the tech and he ran me
through the problems. Much appreciated and very
informative. Service advisor after initial contact
was pretty non responsive. Seldom responded to
emails. My biggest issue was the cost. I got the
work i requested but the cost for labor seems really
high. I understand quite a bit of diagnostics went
into it but ouch !!

  Service Performed:   Various warranty repairs.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   They replaced an awning arm and stripped the screw holes on the side of the RV, arm almost fell off. They installed a rear mud flap crooked. Takes them
weeks to get work done. They replaced a cabinet door and stripped the screw holes, door fell off. They are very good at apologizing.

  Work Done on:   5th Wheel Trailer
  Service Performed:   R$eplace water heater, 50 amp connection, light fixture on side, basement door, tire fender, scratches on sidewall, portion of gutter, siding of slideout,
replace LED lights, replacement wood siding inside of slideout.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Everything listed was exterior and done good. Picked up unit late evening, looked at everything and all seemed OK. Dents/scratches, replacements were all
there and looked good. Turned on lights and they came on. Drove to our campsite and as were we setting our fifth wheel up, a water bottle lay in middle
our floor and the cap was off, as it spilled all its contents on our floor. A bottle of superglue was now in the middle of floor and its cap was open, spilling
out superglue on floor. Wire cuttings were over the carpet where they replaced LED's. The inside was dirty, we used many wipes to clean our unit. Went to
get our vacuum hose from our bed storage, lifted bed and the floor was cut in half and missing, you could see the staples from the half that was still there,
as if they just ripped it open, and for what we do not know. Wrote to corporate who then contacted the facility, but to date, nothing has been done,
awaiting phone call, but the facility is denying they damaged/removed the bed storage flooring. Wife is pissed, as we stored our vacuum hose inside the
night before we took it to Camping World and now it's gone and Camping World is saying we did it? We have been trying to remove the glob of dried
superglue on our floor, mopped up water, vacuum cut wires on carpet but our floor is missing. Terrible.

  Service Performed:   Replaced an existing working 20-year-old air conditioning unit with new one purchased online through Camping World. The coach is a 28 foot class a with
only one A/C unit.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   The installation was roughly THREE TIMES the estimate ($380 vs $129). Powered the coach and the unit worked in the parking lot. That weekend traveled
to Daytona for race week in July and it wouldn't work at all. Completely ruined a very expensive trip as temps were miserably hot. Took it back after return
and they finally got it to work. They blamed existing connector (that had worked for 20 years) and had the nerve to charge me another $80 (1/2 hr labor)to
repair their own installation. Another detail that makes me question their honesty was the technician took me aside during the A/C installation to tell me
the coach needed a new rubber roof at a cost of thousands of dollars. My roof is sealed with a newer roof coating system AND THE RUBBER ROOF THAT HE
SAID WAS BAD IS NOT EVEN VISIBLE.

Hitch install
Warranty issues
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Incomplete walk through - no instruction on various items like how to properly connect and disconnect to truck. How to operate TV/Entertainment system and etc.

Improperly installed 5th wheel hitch - to high.
Improperly installed washer/dryer - no drip pan.
Inadequate dealer prep - carpet not cleaned. Vanity mirror fell off - shower door handle missing.
Uncaring attitude toward warranty problems - had to rely on manufacturers directly. And had threaten money back to get warranty repair on hitch.
Never returned phone calls.
Never received promised warranty part. Still waiting after 8 months.
